The company premises with an area of 17,686 square metres are situated in an industrial zone outside the residential part of Dėtmarovice, in the vicinity of the Dėtmarovice Power Plant. It is a new industrial area with plant black for coal treatment to black coal multidust and milled anthracite dust.
